With over 10 years in the real estate industry as active and passive investors in multiple states throughout the U.S., we have gained a huge knowledge and experience in different types of markets while managing properties and tenants, asset management and acquisition and disposition of assets. As we were working towards our financial freedom number we wanted to help our friends and families to do the same so we created our investment company to bring others along and show them the process of creating passive income through real estate in a simplified way.
We decided to create an equity share in our projects for our investors because we believe that building wealth through real estate should be nothing short of simple and everyone should be able to participate. We have streamlined the process and assembled a team of the best brokers, attorneys and property managers to make sure we bring our investors the best opportunities.
